Lifetime Members Life Member: Active members who are in good standing for thirty (30) consecutive years or a total of forty (40) in this and other constituent societies of the American Dental Association, who have attained the age of sixty-five (65) years, shall be classified as a Life Member in this Society. Life Membership shall be effective the calendar year in which the requirements are fulfilled. The following members have been honored in the years posted here.
